Welcome to COPS Coffee. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our products. We sell roasted coffee and related products. Product descriptions, tasting notes, and images are provided as accurately as possible; actual color and packaging may vary slightly. Because coffee is roasted to order, please review our Shipping Policy for timing.

Orders and pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, correct pricing errors, and limit quantities. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; your order is accepted when we send confirmation.

Payment. Payment is due at checkout and processed securely by our payment provider. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Subscriptions. If you sign up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule and at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing help@copscoffee.org.

Shipping, returns, and privacy. Your use of the store is also governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property. The COPS Coffee name, logo, content, and designs are owned by COPS Coffee or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

The Wounded Blue. COPS Coffee donates 100% of its profits to The Wounded Blue. "Profits" means revenue remaining after the cost of goods, fulfillment, payment processing, and operating expenses.

Disclaimer and liability. The store and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, COPS Coffee is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products.

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted here.
