Refund & Return Policy
Because every bag of COPS Coffee is roasted to order and shipped as a sealed food product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. Once a sealed bag leaves our roastery, it cannot be restocked or resold. That said, we stand behind every order.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at help@copscoffee.org with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll replace it or make it right.
Lost in transit. If your tracking shows your order did not arrive, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Order changes or cancellations. Because we roast to order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@copscoffee.org if you need to change or cancel an order. We can usually help if the order has not yet entered roasting and fulfillment.
Wrong or undeliverable address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.
Subscriptions. You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting help@copscoffee.org.
